    Hi @dans75,

I understand you’re encountering a JavaScript error when trying to access the Analytics overview, and I can see how that would block you from using an important part of your WooCommerce dashboard. Let’s work through this together.

The error t(...)(...).tz is not a function typically points to a conflict or issue with how date/time libraries are being loaded, often due to a plugin or script overriding WooCommerce’s expected dependencies.

To help narrow this down, could you please confirm a couple of things:

    1. When did you first start noticing this issue, and was it working fine before?
    2. Were there any recent updates to plugins, themes, or custom code before this started happening?

In the meantime, here are a few steps you can try:

    • Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and run:

    • Clear analytics cache
    • Regenerate analytics data

    • Perform a plugin conflict test by temporarily disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, then re-enable them one by one to identify any conflict. You can follow this guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    • Switch temporarily to a default theme like Storefront to rule out theme-related issues

If the issue persists after these steps, please share your System Status Report so I can take a closer look at your setup. You can upload it via: https://pastebin.com or https://gist.github.com. You can find how to get your report here: https://woocommerce.com/document/understanding-the-system-status-report/.

Looking forward to your update so we can get this resolved for you.

    Hello,

    Here we go : https://pastebin.com/pZ6y0DTn

I tried to downgrade the module Woocommerce to 9.5.2 or to clean cache / regenerate Analytics… but without any success.

    Thanks for helping,

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the system status report. I’ve checked it, and everything appears normal in the report, so nothing there immediately explains the issue.

At this point, I’m suspecting the problem may be related to a plugin conflict.

Just to verify, have you already run a conflict test? If not, please try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce (latest version) and temporarily switch to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Four, then check whether the same issue still occurs.

You can follow this guide for detailed steps:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

I recommend running the conflict test on a staging site so your live site remains unaffected. You can use your hosting provider’s staging tool, or alternatively use this plugin to create a staging environment:
    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/

If the issue still persists after the test, could you please share the fatal error logs (if any) found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs?

Once we have that additional information, we’ll be able to investigate further and assist you more effectively.
