# Outbound HTTPS not working

 * Your site could not connect to WordPress.com via HTTPS. This could be due to 
   any number of reasons, including faulty SSL certificates, misconfigured or missing
   SSL libraries, or network issues.

 * It appears that your site is experiencing issues with establishing a secure HTTPS
   connection, which is critical for Jetpack’s functionality. This could be caused
   by misconfigured SSL certificates, network problems, or server configuration 
   issues.
 * To address this problem, please perform the following checks:
    1. Verify that your SSL certificate is valid and properly installed on your server.
       You can do this using online SSL checkers.
    2. Make sure that your server has the necessary SSL libraries and that they are
       up to date.
    3. Review your server’s firewall settings to ensure that it allows outbound HTTPS
       connections to jetpack.com.
    4. Consult your hosting provider to ensure that there are no restrictions preventing
       your server from making outbound HTTPS requests.
    5. Ensure your WordPress site’s URL settings (both WordPress Address and Site Address)
       are using “https”.
