 * Hi
 * We lost a few hours testing for the third time in years this CRM plugin
 * Almost nothing has changed (except some changes in UI and better speed) : this
   CRM is outdated in its core / features / extensions
 * It could be promising but…
 * it has been developed many years ago and almost nothing has changed since then,
   making it outdated compared to the market
 * quotes, invoices, contacts have designs & features like 10 years ago
 * Features requests (pipelines etc) are the same for years, and nothing has changed
 * Also support should be more proactive
 * Please have a look at the other similar tools on the market and try to do something
   at least close to those
 * Good luck 🙂

 * Hi there, [@deepblue5](https://wordpress.org/support/users/deepblue5/),
 * Thanks for taking the time to share your honest feedback about our CRM. I see
   you are testing many WordPress-based CRM products and leaving reviews and comments
   in other forums too 🙂
 * We do have made some improvements in the UI and in many features’ functionalities–
   we have changelogs to read about that.
 * About the support, we provide assistance to free users on this forum (I haven’t
   seen recent requests from you in the threads recently but I might be wrong),
   where we try to answer as fast as possible.
   If you have also tested our paid
   extensions or plans, you may know that paid users have dedicated priority support
   over email; I would not call it ‘non existent’, but I respect your opinion.
 * If you have any other questions about our product or are interested in further
   testing, you know where to find us 🙂

 * Thank you for your comment
 * yes you’re right i have edited my review by saying support should be more proactive
   🙂
 * Well JetPack CRM looks promising at first, but i can see recent reviews here
   are similar to mine, i have been a bit disapointed by the look & feel & features
   compared to what’s existing on the market
 * i know Jetpack CRM (no bs crm) has been developed a long time ago, but i think
   you should revamp it from the core
 * and last point : i think it is not a good practise anymore to have to install
   XX plugins to have a descent CRM, the good practise today is : one free version/
   one Pro version, 2 plugins max, not 10+ (like it is the case with Jetpack CRM
   if we want all features : invoice, portal, pipeline etc)
 * Good luck 🙂

 * Noted – that’s a good point worth reporting to our product team.
 * Again, thanks for your feedback, we hope you circle back soon and change your
   mind about our CRM at some point! 🙂
