So i can simply delete those files, and then the system will take care of the rest? I can see where i can edit those files, and the version number. Editing the version numbers won’t help, because the content of those files will still be out of date. * Check for theme updates. If there are none, chase the author, or update/remove those out of date files yourself so the core WooCommerce versions are used instead. * FYI ideally theme authors should only bundle templates they change, NOT all of them as it seems has happened here.
