I need to develop a student management system. One of the requirements is that I need to produce/print student report card for individual students that has the student subjects, grades, average scores and rank( position ). Does this plugin have any feature where I can format ( style) the output to look like a student report card. Can I use CSS to format lines images etc on the report card ?

Thanks for the post!

The plugin uses DataTables to generate frontend tables (Data Tables).

Out of the box, it’s not possible to style the output of a table using CSS. 😔

If for example, you are exporting a report card using the export to PDF button, you will need to configure how the output looks through the Advanced Settings of your Data Table. This setting is only possible on Data Tables.

Configuring the output will require knowledge of JSON as detailed here: https://datatables.net/extensions/buttons/examples/html5/pdfImage.html
