Outstanding Support

I have to think that the support team likes solving problems. I am new to WordPress and plugins and have been learning by trial error and YouTube 🙂 When I decided to integrate an RSS feed into the website I came across WP RSS Aggregator. First, the product is excellent. However, like everything else you might need help getting it to do what YOU want it to do which may not be the default. Eric and the crew of support team have gone far and beyond what I would expect. I believe that they like doing the support and solving problems. The professionalism, enthusiasm, and going the extra mile must be a mantra in their office. Hats off and thanks for the help.
