 * I am using a JQuery plugin called ‘Sliding Panel’, when you click on the button,
a panel drops down with information in it. However, the panel won’t overlap the
rest of the content on the page and I can’t figure out why. I placed the css
for the panel above all the rest of my css, I put the linking to the jquery in
the head of my index page above everything else and put the markup for the panel
in the html body above all the rest of my content and it still displays in the
   background. Please help!
