Overlapping Text in Navigation Bar…

Greetings,

I am running theme Partnerprogramm 1.0.1 by Marcus Rojas on my site but am having some trouble… The navigation bar is showing all of my sub-pages overlapping. The website can be found at http://www.savvywomenentrepreneurs.com.

Since the Pages menu in the sidebar shows the sub-pages all I really want to show in the navigation bar is the basic roots, i.e. Home, About, Blog, Contact, Membership, etc. How can I configure only those options to show in the nav bar but still allow the other pages to appear in the menu without making them private?
