 * Hello iThemes security team.
 * First off let me say I love your plugin! It is totally genius!
 * I had several emails from my web hosting company stating “iThemes security plugin
   was slowing down and draining the server resources…” they axially disable it.
 * Well, I was able to figure out a couple of features that were a bit heavy, I 
   disconfigured those and enabled iThemes security back. Today I still have iThemes
   security enabled.
 * Cold you please help me figure out or provide me with a list of the features 
   that may be a “slow down” to the server?

 * – Scheduled\manual Database Backup
    – Scheduled\manual File Change Detection –
   Manual Malware Scan in any version prior to iTsec plugin version 4.8
