P2 Image Upload "Featured Image" Link Missing

    It seems that when you look to upload an image directly on the posts page, there’s no “featured image” link in your options as seen when you upload through the admin interface.

    Does anyone know how I can add this link back in? Why does P2 pull it from the stock feature set?

    Can you explain this a bit more? P2 doesn’t support featured images (post thumbnails), so you shouldn’t be seeing a Featured Image entry form in the admin UI.

    There is a known bug where the Insert to Post link is missing after you upload an image from the front end UI. Is that what you are seeing?

    (This will hopefully be fixed in the next release, but for now you can click Media Gallery, then Show next to the image, then Insert to Post.)

    Ah, didn’t realize it wasn’t supported. Any clue on when there might be a new p2 release?

    Hopefully soon. 🙂

    Generally there is one release per quarter (four times a year). I don’t have an exact date…
