• Hello all,

We use your DHL plugin for WooCommerce in some stores.

Now we have tried to include the packing station in the alternative delivery address. We have simply included this in the field description. So for example, the alternative delivery address now says:
Street +No. / Postal number (DHL customer card).
Address addition / packing station No. (3-digit).
Postal code / postal code of the packing station
    etc.

In WooCommerce, the data is then taken over perfectly (point 1).
Unfortunately, a “hard error” occurs when generating the DHL label.

Can you tell us in which order we have to pass the data correctly, that the delivery to packing station also works?

Currently we use the following assignment:

shipping_address_1 = Postal number from DHL customer card.
shipping_address_2 = packing station + packing station number (3 digits)
shipping_postcode = postal code of the packing station
shipping_city = City of the packing station

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

There is no way to update the post number in the backend, it has to be done from the frontend. We are working to fix this issue and will have an updated version soon.
