Page Appears Blank

Hey Ive just downloaded and installed wordpress 3.5.1 im using everything that comes on default my theme is Twentytwelve and Ive not added any new plugins or anything.

I can log into the dashboard and make changes etc but nothing shows up when i put the URL in not even an error sign its just a totally blank white page which can be seen here.

Very new to wordpress and trying to sort this website out but I cannot seem to understand whats wrong here any help is greatly appreciated thanks!
