 * Hi [@realestaterph](https://wordpress.org/support/users/realestaterph/)
 * Thanks for reaching out.
 * Please, try temporarily deactivating all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin,
   at the same time, temporarily switch to the Twenty Twenty or Twenty Nineteen
   theme. In this state, does the issue resolve?

 * I’m having the same issue. I can not edit any site origin pages or create any
   new pages
 * I have tested without any other plugins and tested with a default theme with
   no luck

 * Yes, when I deactivate all plugins except for page builder and switch to 2020
   it works. Perhaps the theme is the problem?

 * Hi [@realestaterph](https://wordpress.org/support/users/realestaterph/)
 * It sounds like the theme could be outputting an error. If a theme or plugin outputs
   an error on the page, it has the potential to break other plugins using JavaScript,
   in this case, Page Builder.
 * Here is how to open the browser console [https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis](https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis).
   Errors will be printed in red text. Temporarily deactivate all plugins including
   those authored by SiteOrigin. In that state with only your normal theme activated
   and no plugins, are there errors in the browser console when editing a page in
   WordPress? If so, please, take a screenshot, upload to imgur.com and send the
   link to theme support so they can take a look.
 * In addition to the above, you could perhaps try adding the following plugin [https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/).
   As far as I’m aware, jQuery Migrate was removed in WordPress 5.5 causing many
   themes and plugins to produce errors.

 * Beware of the jQuery Migrate Helper. I tried it but thank the lord I did a preview
   and did not save the page because for me IT WIPED ALL Page Builder tags in the
   text box.
    The only things that glue our site together…

 * Thanks for your feedback. We’ve had a few users make use of the plugin as a short
   term solution. We haven’t had reports of this nature. Without inspecting the
   issue, it’s hard to say why the preview showed that.
