# Page, clone

 * I want to make a copy of a page, an independent duplicate of the page.
 * If I hover over a page, in the list of all pages, I get a string of options that
   include “clone.” Does this make an independent copy of the chosen page? Or is
   the clone linked somehow to the original page?

 * Thanks. I must have the plugin because I see “Clone” and “New Draft.” I’m still
   confused though. If I clone the page, is it a completely separate entity? Changes
   to the clone will not effect the original?

 * It depends on the plugin you are using for the clone feature. It might be a good
   idea to refer to that plugin’s documentation. Having said that, it is highly 
   likely that the clone would be completely different from its parent page and 
   making any changes to one would not affect the other.

 * But, as I’ve unfortunately found…if you also have the All In One Event Calendar
   plugin installed, chances are the Duplicate Post plugin will not work correctly
   due to a conflict that’s apparently not getting resolved 🙁
