Page Creation Problems

    Hello, I recently installed WP 3.4 and whenever I try to create a page, the menu item shows up, the path is created, it shows up in the page panel, but it doesn’t create the physical page file. Ex: If I create a the page and its path is supposed to be ‘…/herp/derp/abc.html(.php, whatever)’ then no file shows up in the ‘…/herp/derp/’ directory. And yes, I do have mod_rewrite enabled.

    WordPress doesn’t create physical page files for each WordPress Page. Most of the Page content is stored in the WordPress database, though some items, like images, are stored as files in common directories shared among all Pages.
