Page Error after Clicking Submit Button

    Hi

    After updating the Pirate forms to 2.3.3 we are experiencing page errors
    Error is
    “This page isn’t working
    panoramagardenestate.com.au didnt send any data
    ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE”

    Affected page is https://www.panoramagardenestate.com.au/enquiry/

    Kindly advise on how we can correct the error

    Hello, it looks like you’re no longer using our plugin. I can also see that you’re using an outdated version of WordPress, this most likely was the reason for the error. I recommend that you update to the latest WordPress version because you’re bound to encounter more problems with other plugins in the future.
