Hi,

Is it possible to have a link included in a form of the page where the form is?
For example:
100 product pages
All have the same form: demo request

When the form is send we don’t know from what product page it is send.
Is it possible to insert an “thing” so we can see on which page they have filled in the form?
Or do we need to make a contact form for every product?

Hope my question is clear, and someone can help me 🙂
