 * How do i remove the Page node om my pages, it already says in the menu that you
   are that page, I would like to now ahve it on the page as wwell.

 * But how do you make the space between the content and menu/header even smaller
   and remove the line that appears?

 * I can’t attach a screenshot, there is no button for it.
 * And also, how do I remove all the lines from when i’ve choosen the Boxed style
   under General setting?

 * You can send screenshot to info at shufflehound dot com.
    There isn’t easy way
   yo remove all lines, you can look in styles.css file and remove one by one.
