• On the homepage of my client’s site, W3TC total cache is stripping the page parameter from the site (and thus my View/Print PDF plugin will not work). I have deactivated all plugins and isolated the cause with W3TC and been in touch with plugin support. Their troubleshooting yields:

We’ve found the problem, it’s related to W3Total Cache plugin. The URL of your front page in PDF version is http://sdicwc.org/?page_id=5&print=pdf, but when we tried to visit it, it redirected us to http://sdicwc.org/?print=pdf, i.e. parameter page_id=5 which is required for generating PDF just removed from URL. Please try contacting W3Total Cache support service with this issue, maybe they would be able to provide a solution.

Can anyone help with why this is? Site url is http://www.sdicwc.org and it is only happening on the home page.

I am thinking either — is there a way to disable caching for the home page (which is static)? Or a way to force the page id to stay attached?

Would love some insight as another trip through the FAQ didn’t help.
