# Page/Post navigation

 * In lieu of a page/post navigation, I have installed the plugin “WP Page Navi”–
   but this plugin puts the links to previous and following posts where it makes
   little sense (between end of text and tags/footnotes etc. – Is there any easy
   solution to simply moving on from one post to the next/previous one? – Thanks
   ever so much!

 * Bento does not contain such feature for posts at the moment, and the plugin you
   mention solves a slightly different problem – displaying pagination in blogs 
   and other archive pages that list multiple posts; the template tags you need 
   for this one are [`next_post_link`](https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/next_post_link)
   and [`previous_post_link`](https://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/previous_post_link),
   inserting them into the needed places in the `single.php` theme template file
   should do the trick. See [this guide](https://digwp.com/2009/08/wordpress-page-navigation/)
   for (much) more details on the next/prev post navigation in WP.
