Page reloading when adding new card

    Hi,

    I’ve using this plugin on my Woocommerce installation, and unfortunately each time I’m trying to add a New Card, entering card info (I’m in Stripe test mode) and clicking on “Place Order”, the checkout page is reloaded and nothing happen.

    By the way, placing order with Saved Card is working well (no page reload, checkout is working).

    Do you have any clue about this issue?

    Hi @crokis31,

    The page reloading is almost always a sign that there is a Javascript error on your page that is interfering with the WooCommerce checkout process.

    Click F12 using Chrome, then click developer console. Look for any JS errors caused by 3rd party plugins.

    You can share your site and I will take a look.

    Hi @mrclayton,

    Thank you for your answer, you were right: the problem was a duplicated jQuery import that was conflicting with Checkout scripts.
