Page Scroll to Id has broken…

I’m using a Promenade theme of wordpress, version 4.3–pt_BR… and when I installed the plugin Page Scroll to Id this has broken my website. I like this plugin but infortunally, maybe, doesn’t work with a wordpress version 4.3-pt_BR.

I hope to use this plugin if … it could be tested with a wordpress version 4.3-pt_BR.
