Can you please mention if you only have issue with certain part of the website?
It is slow to load the user tiles. The rest of the page loads fine.
I am still intermittently experiencing this issue.

You have a lot of issues trying to load content without SSL (http://)
from your Divi child theme.
Look at your Browser web Console.
Mouse right button click, select Inspect then Console in the Menu.
Maybe a plugin like “WP Force SSL” would help you

When I look at your link now the page loads very fast for me.
You still have some issues with SSL missing for some fonts in the child theme
and 5 .png images loaded via http:// from the WP Media library.
I resolved the SSL issues but the site is still occasionally slow to load, but other times it is fast. I know other users are also having this issue, and it can be slow for one user but fast for another at the same time.

Your Web hosting is using “Sucuri Firewall” where you have four caching options.
Which level are you using and have you disabled caching for the UM pages?
