    Good Day.
    The person who created this webpage has forgotten the email and password he used now he has asked me to reactivate it is there any way of being able to restore this webpage?

    @humbertomartinez1023 if You want to disable the plugin without access the administration just delete the plugin folder.

    If Your issue is to recover the user/password for administration are please refer to the wordpress documentation. We cannot give support to that part.

    how do i delete the plug in folder? will that make the web page work again?

    @humbertomartinez1023 if you have access to the wp-admin go to the plugin section and disable the plugin. If for some reason You don’t have access to it, just use FTP, or CPANEL, go to the wp-content/plugin and delete the under construction plugin folder.
