Page view button missing in editor

    Hi, just upgraded to 4.4 and noticed the ‘view’ button has suddenly gone missing from the WP editor. It used to sit right next to the Permalink ‘edit’ button but is now nowhere to be found.

    How can I get it back?

    Actually, if you click the Permalink itself now, it takes you to the post, just like the View button did.
