However this hasn’t resolved my issue. If I add the suggested code above, it makes things worse. There have CSS conflict issue and have layout mismatch. I am not a developer and can’t edit the .php of my theme to ‘add theme support’ as you’ve suggested. The container class setting screenshot doesn’t show what to put in that field. (Is it a number? Do I need the class name? Please show an example) Enabling and disabling the bootstrap checkbox does nothing (as suggested in this related post: [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/bootstrap-css-causing-issues/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/bootstrap-css-causing-issues/)). * I have seen several threads where people have had this issue and nowhere has the solution actually been explained or well documented.
