PageBuilder not working

Hi,

Please help! i understand that Page Builder is supposed to add an extra tab to the standard WordPress editor, but mine does not appear as an additional tab. It appears as another block under the WP editor instead and it does not work – when i click on it, nothing happens, does not allow me to type anything/can’t do anything to it.

Appreciate advice urgently. thank you!
