# 'paged' variable not updated, when fetching posts with query_posts()

 * What can be the reason for ‘paged’ variable not to be updated? I fetch pages 
   of posts via external file, which has the access to WP functions via `require('../../../
   wp-blog-header.php' );`
    I get this variable via global ‘wp_query’
