Pages not loading certain things since adding Google Analytics code

I recently added a Google Analytics code to my WordPress site and now widgets only show on the home page and the archives page does not list all the stories, except the latest. I removed the code hoping that it would fix the issue, but now the code is removed and nothing is back to working the usual way.
