I am a fresh user of AIO after switching from Yoast. I once enabled the “No Pagination for Canonical URLs:” (done by mistake) without realizing what it really was for. And now that I’ve disabled it, the pagination doesn’t work anymore and all page urls still redirect to the homepage. I even disabled “Canonical URLs” to see if it’ll help but no good. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to restore the pagination settings of my site.

    Looking forward to your reply.

Once you’ve disabled an option in AIOSEOP, it has no more effect on your site.
If you’re still having troubles, there’s either another option configured incorrectly or a theme or plugin conflict.

To look for a theme/plugin conflict, follow these instructions: semperplugins.com/faqs/how-to-troubleshoot-issues-with-our-plugins/

If the culprit isn’t another theme, and is a different option configured incorrectly, you can try resetting your AIOSEOP options. This is unlikely though, as there shouldn’t be anything in AIOSEOP that can redirect all pages to your homepage.
