Paid plugins problems

The plugin is adding extra css class code, ruining how the website looks. When adding a 1/2 option, it will add it twice, which means the widgets inside will also be 1/2 of size, leading to 1/4 total size for the widgets. Contacted support and they asked for admin details so they can check it. But there is still no response from them , at least a simple “we are looking into it”.
