i know the policy .. i have written here for an attention to my problem! Because is about 3 weeks!!!! and no one answer me! I have a job, my customer Pay me for the service and i Pay u for the service. So is important! I’m an agency and i have company customers .. not individuals! But anyway i need support!!!!

hi there 30/1??? hmhm can u resend .. all I received from you was an email confirming that I had received the notification. that was all, not an answer to my problem.
Now I don’t know if you are part of their support, but let me say that since the last email on 27/1 until today no one from support has managed to get a 10 minute response to a customer who has 5 PRO licenses (5 sites) and 3 PRO licenses (1 site)! Ok some has expired and not renewed because some customers have closed their sites and others have given up. i am really waiting for a response from support. By the way I have a renewal of a PRO licence (5 sites) tomorrow !!!!
