 * I really like the Pananek theme. I am editing the theme on a test site and everything
   looks fine in the browser. However, When I am looking at the WordPress backend
   dashboard I see this error message at the top of the page: “Warning: Undefined
   variable $is_dismissed in /home/www/test.havmoeller.info/wp-content/themes/papanek/
   functions.php on line 130”
 * When I open the url [http://test.havmoeller.info/wp-content/themes/papanek/functions.php](http://test.havmoeller.info/wp-content/themes/papanek/functions.php)–
   I read this, “**Fatal error**: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function add_action()
   in /home/www/test.havmoeller.info/wp-content/themes/papanek/functions.php:20

 * I have WordPress 6.3.1 installed on my test site and the latest version of the
   theme (updated this morning).
