# Panel login error

 * I can not log in through the dashboard, I am using a user with admin permission
   in my zendesk account and even then I always get information that I could not
   log in.
 * I am using the latest version of the plugin to 1.7.2.

 * Do you mean SSO? Have you installed any plugins that also interacts with the 
   login mechanisms? that might interfere with the Zendesk Support plugin
