# ParcelWILL not loading

 * The plugin won’t load. A gray page appears. Updating the plugin didn’t help either.

 * Thank you for reaching out. First, please try the following steps:
    1. **Deactivate** the plugin.
    2. Then **activate** it again.
    3. Open the app page and **refresh it a few times**.
 * If the issue persists and you still see a gray page:
    - Please send us (to email: [support@parcelpanel.org](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/parcelwill-not-loading-2/support@parcelpanel.org?output_format=md))
      your **store URL**, and
    - A **screenshot** of the gray page / browser console if possible
 * so we can investigate further on our side. Thank you for your patience.
