# Pardot Plugin Issues

 * Hi,
 * I have Pardot plugin installed and showing as working on my website.
 * However whenever I try to view settings the page will attempt to load for 5minutes
   and then i get a 404 error page.
 * Do you know why this may be?

    - In the first instance, can you try [whitelisting your IP address](https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=pardot_admin_ip_location_activation.htm?type=0)?
    - If that doesn’t help, it could be worth seeking help via the [Help & Training Portal](https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000181929&type=1)
 * I’d love to hear back from you if that first fix (whitelisting your server IP
   address) worked, or indeed if it does not.
