# Parse Error

 * I am a newbie, and just uploaded a child theme functions.php file in order to
   create a link from my home page to my YouTube channel.
 * I received this error:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘http’ (T_STRING), expecting ‘)’ in /home/
   content/p3nexnas05_data02/63/2125863/html/wp-content/themes/customizr-child/functions.
   php on line 11
 * I cannot access my website!

 * As it says, the change you’ve made to the CT functions.php has an error in it.
 * Do you have a backup of previous version? If so, overwrite and upload the old
   CT functions.php
 * Otherwise, to get back your site, you will need to remove wp-content/themes/customizr-
   child or whatever you named the child folder. Tyoically will do this using FTP
   such as Filezilla

    I’ve downloaded Filezilla, but have never used it before. Can you
   walk me through removing wp-content/themes/customizr-child?
 * Unfortunately, I did not back up the previous version.

 * Filezilla is like a fancy folder manager, showing what’s on local (lhs) and server(
   rhs)
 * To remove the folder, work through on the rhs, and then <Delete> the folder. 
   It will remain in local (lhs). That will eliminate your online Child Theme, so
   you can then Activate the core Czr again in Dashboard>Appearance>Themes which
   should give you access to the backend again.
 * You’ll need to fix your problem, and then upload the child theme again.
