 * Need help please – just finished updating the plug-ins and now I’m getting a
   parse error which has cause the website to go down and I now can not even get
   to the wp-admin page to try to fix it.
 * Went to Godaddy and the ftp info has the “@” symbol.
 * How do I get back online?

 * Here is the error code:
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/
   content/31/7686331/html/wp-content/plugins/backupwordpress/backupwordpress.php
   on line 34

 * What do you mean by that?
 * You need to ask GoDaddy about any FTP issues – that’s not part of WP. Your FTP
   login isn’t the same as your WP site login, BTW.
 * Once you get logged in, find the misbehaving plugin and delete it.

 * You’ll find that plugin here:
 *     ```
       wp-content
           plugins
               backupwordpress - DELETE THIS FOLDER
       ```
 * “and the ftp info has the “@” symbol.”
 * -I only included that information after reading another forum posting.
   I apologize for my lack of knowledge but I’ve never logged into the ftp before,
   I was told that it was all inclusive in WordPress and now I can’t even log in
   to my wp-admin site. Do you have the ftp site so I can try logging in there?
 * Thank you for your patience.
 * FTP is not part of WP – see:
