 * I was editing my webpage and then this message came up when I refreshed the page:::
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘.’ in /home/content/10/8523910/html/wp-
   content/themes/graphene/admin/custom-fields.php on line 198
 * What am I suppose to do??

   start your own thread as per the forum rules.
 * In this case, both of you need to manually deactivate the theme you are using–
   use FTP or CPanel to access your site files on the server and rename the theme
   causing the error.
 *     ```
       wp-content
           themes
                accelerate.HOLD
                graphene.HOLD
       ```
   
 * Then ask the theme developer for help with the actual error.

 * BTW, if you modified theme files – you should be able to just reinstall the theme
   after doing the above.
 * And next time, use a child theme rather than modifying theme files directly:
