    I am also missing menu items, so I tryed to reinstall.
   Any help welkom

 * more info. I renamed to plugin folder from the sydney pluging to reinstalled 
   it. Install is oke, but after activateing the screen will stay White

 * You can try to temporarily deactivate all your plugins except **Sydney Toolbox**
   and **Page Builder by SiteOrigin**, and see if it helps.

 * I have a similar problem!!!
    what can i do? I try deactivate all my plugins but..
   nothing!

 * I fixed by by turing on PHP7.2 on the server. After that everythink workt again
