# Parse Error Function PHP HELP!

 * I am using this theme ([http://themeforest.net/item/pendulum-premium-wordpress-theme/113557](http://themeforest.net/item/pendulum-premium-wordpress-theme/113557))
 * It is hosted with a Linux server cpanel. I made a small edit to the Function 
   PHP file and received the following error.
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘.’ in /home/j2prod/public_html/wp-content/
   themes/pendulum_1_3_1/functions.php on line 74
 * I have tried removing and renaming the theme with no success. I also removed &
   reinstalled the ‘functions.php’ file.
 * PLEASE HELP!

 * A) Using your hosts cPanel file manager, rename your themes folder to old-themes
 * B) Using your hosts cPanel file manager, rename plugin folder to old-plugins
 * C) Clear browser cache and browse to //mysite/wp-login.php
 * Then find the offending theme or plugin

 * I took all of the aforementioned steps… The error still persists.. Plan B?

 * The problem is It is not my personal server(a friend).. and there are two websites
   hosted in the same wp-content folder… And when I tried removing some of the themes
   the other website went blank.
