# Parse error help!

 * So, I leave for a week and come back to my blog and I have this error
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION
   or T_VAR or ‘}’ in /home/capw/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-
   dashboard/OAuth.php on line 11
 * Trying to load dashboard gives me the same error. I’ve seen many people with 
   similar errors, but no solutions for my specific one. I tried updating wordpress
   through cpanel. It just doesn’t make sense, since I didn’t make any changes to
   the blog before this started.

 * I would try, but I can’t login to dashboard, I get the error, no matter the page.

 * Try renaming the google-analytics-dashboard folder to something else (like google-
   analytics-dashboard**1** or whatever) so WordPress can disable the plugin that
   doesn’t exist in the known folder.

 * Awesome, working now, so doesn this mean that this plugin is no longer usable?

 * It actually had an update available, which I just installed, but it still gives
   that error when enabled.

 * It seems it is either with the plugin or a conflicting plugin. Try to raise that
   problem with the plugin developer.
