@fabbro03: It sounds like that file may have been truncated during the transfer to the server, so I suggest you try uploading it again to see if the parse error goes away then.
thanks for your answer. I tried to uploading the file again, but the problem has not been solved.
I’m getting exactly the same problem. Downloaded twice (to a linux system using wget), and get the same error.

@fabbro03,
Why are you using an old version of WordPress? Were you aware that your site is currently running a very real risk of being hacked? You need to upgrade WordPress asap.
4.5.3 fixes several security issues and bugs.
– try MANUALLY updating. Download a fresh copy of the WordPress .zip file to your computer, unzip it, and use that to copy up all files and folders EXCEPT the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory. You may need to delete the old wp-admin and wp-includes folders and files on your server before uploading the new ones. Please read the Manual Update directions first.
– Also, make sure all your plugins and themes are up to date.
– Backup: If you haven’t already done, always backup everything (including your database) before doing any actions, just in case something really goes wrong.
