 * Problem solved when I changed PHP 5.3 to 5.6
 * I have downloaded the plugin but it does noy activate: I get this error
 *     ```
       Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /home/iwmw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/weight-loss-tracker/weight-loss-tracker.php on line 50

   5.5+
