# Parse error: syntax error,

 * I recently updated the mailchimp plugin, and I received this message:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING
   or ‘(‘ in /home/content/11/10636611/html/wp-content/plugins/nmedia-mailchimp-
   widget/classes/plugin.class.php on line 7
 * I was able to look at a few tutorials to edit my site on ftp. I am not an expert,
   and every time I manage to fix a line of code, a new error message shows up. 
   The latest one I received is:
 * Fatal error: use: Not yet supported. Please use include_once() or require_once()
   in /home/content/11/10636611/html/wp-content/plugins/nmedia-mailchimp-widget/
   classes/plugin.class.php on line 11
 * Please help!

 * Hi Liz, thank you for your response. Can you please let me know how to create
   a support ticket? The only access I have to my site is via FTP.

   and create a support ticket by clicking on Help icon in the bottom right of your
   screen.
