 * delete its folder using [FTP ](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients), or your
   web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides.

 * I am trying to get the shareasale plugin to work. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled
   it. Not sure how to contact them to find out what is wrong with the plugin.
