 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home4/narias/public_html/speakspanishwithme.
   net/wp-content/themes/heatmap-adaptive/inc/theme-header.php on line 28
 * this is what pops up on a blank white screen when i try to access either my domain
   or my domain wp-admin

 * So that’s a problem with your theme – you’ll need to deactivate it using FTP
   or Cpanel to change the name on that theme folder –
 *     ```
       wp-content
           themes
              heatmap-adaptive.HOLD
       ```
 * Then try reinstalling it and/or ask in the theme’s forum:
 * Have you added anything to that line or the line above. It’s likely a small syntax
   error
 * Yep, once you mess up the file, the site is down – you need to deactivate it
   via FTP. Or download a new copy of the theme to your local computer and replace
   that file on the server.
 * BTW, you should not modify theme files except in a child theme
