 * i was using this theme but all of a sudden this appears and let me not redirect
   to the page from where i can made changes or previous mistakes so please guide
   me and support me so that i can reach to the wp admin for further accessibility
   and make live my website … please i am eagerly waiting …to launch this website…

 * The site was live when this happened (my mistake) and now the live site and the
   wordpress editing site come up with that same error. I have tried FTP access,
   but seeing as I have never used FTP with this site before, I have no idea what
   my log in credentials are.

 * try using FTP [http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients)
   to replace the code of your broken file **/includes/hooks-filters.php** with 
   the unedited code from [https://themes.svn.wordpress.org/flaton/1.1.7/includes/hooks-filters.php](https://themes.svn.wordpress.org/flaton/1.1.7/includes/hooks-filters.php)
 * alternatively, use FTP to rename your theme’s folder, for example to **flaton-
   broken** – this should activate the dafault theme and allow you back into the
   dashboard where you can then repair the broken template.
