 * Hey guys, first off: I love this plugin. My site lives on it and I’m more thankful
for this one than any other out there. So, naturally, I was really excited to
see that an update for WP 5.0 was released just recently but, after updating,
I’m not receiving this error (immediately after activating, it displays as an
error message at the top of the Plugins page).
 * Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/content/55/14001055/html/wp-
   content/plugins/custom-content-shortcode/includes/optional/acf.php on line 427
 * Any ideas on how I could resolve this? Thanks in advance!

 * Hello, thank you for reporting the issue, and sorry for the error.
 * This happened because that line was using a feature (array literal) only available
from PHP 5.4. I pushed a compatibility fix in plugin version 3.8.2 – could you
   see if that solves it?
 * FYI, WordPress itself is planning to raise the minimum PHP version requirement
   going forward:
 * > PHP 5.6 will become the minimum supported version in the first half of 2019,
   > and the minimum version will be bumped again to PHP 7 in the second half of
   > the year.

 * Confirmed fixed on PHP Version 5.3 with version 3.8.2 — Thanks!
