# Parse error, Syntax error, Unexpected character, etc.

 * Hi there,
 * I haven’t done any tweaking with my blog lately but out of the blue when I try
   to visit it says:
 * “Warning: Unexpected character in input: ”’ (ASCII=39) state=1 in /home/incegeo4/
   public_html/blog/index.php on line 17
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘.’ in /home/incegeo4/public_html/blog/
   index.php on line 17″

 * I tried going into my admin panel and it says:
 * “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/incegeo4/public_html/blog/
   wp-admin/index.php on line 45”
 * Any idea on what could have happened or how I could fix this?
